Printing on Plastics
Print-Leeds produces the finest quality print in six colours with coating in one pass up to 800 microns onto polypropylene, rigid PVC, flexible PVC, self-cling PVC, mark resistant PVC, polystyrene, self-adhesive vinyl, lenticular PETG, weldable PVC and synthetic papers, with a maximum sheet size of 740mm x 600mm and at a maximum speed of 15,000 sheets an hour.
This is now complemented by our flat-bed digital press, which prints on a wide range of rigid plastics, with a maximum sheet size of 3100mm x 1600mm and thickness up to 50mm.
